DESCRIPTION:Register Now \n\n\n\nDUSK TIL DAWN – 33rd YEAR\n\n\n\nAll events start at 6 PM Saturday 14th Feb 2026 \n\n\n\nALL PROCEEDS GO TO OUR CHARITY OF CHOICE -> Community Friends  \n\n\n\nRACE OPTIONS\n\n\n\nTime based events\n3 Hour\n6 Hour (individual or teams of 2 or 3)\n12 Hour (individual or teams up to 12)\n\nDistance based events\n5 km (kids only)\n10 km\n15 km\n30 km\nHalf Marathon\nMarathon\n50km (individual or team of 2)\n80km\n100km (individual or up to team of 8)\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nHalf and Full Marathon entrants – be aware your start will be 97.5m/195m before the timing mats to allow you to finish your event with a full lap. \n\n\n\nAny person under the age of 18 years must have written consent from their parent or guardian to enter this event including the event they are entering. A parent or guardian of any under 18 year entrant must stay trackside during the full time they are competing. \n\n\n\nRace walkers entering any event must walk at all times & MOVE FROM THE CENTRE OF THE TRACK WHEN ASKED. Non-compliance with race officials’ instructions will result in competitors being removed from the event and banned from continuing to compete. \n\n\n\nRules allowing faster competitors to pass on the inside of the track must be followed. \n\n\n\nThe 100k event must be completed within the 12hours. If you do not complete 100k in the 12hrs your distance will still be recorded. If no one completes the 100k’s in the 12hrs\, there will be no awards \n\n\n\nGood luck. \n\n\n\nTHIS EVENT IS NOT AN AURA EVENT instead a fun event with no pressure but training for future events in an environment filled with fun\, laughter & heaps of knowledge. You are invited to this happy event.  It is designed to help & encourage new people into this sport. Please\, offer assistance & advice if asked\, or if shown to need it. I encourage everyone to have fun\, enjoy the surroundings\, enjoy others around you\, whilst getting fit. Share your time with happy people. \n\n\n\nEveryone is welcome no matter your pace or size\, come along\, bring your friends & family for it is a safe place. \n\n\n\nEvent details \n\n\n\nWhere – Toogoolawah Showgrounds Ivory Creek Rd Toogoolawah \n\n\n\nWater taps trackside – bring your own water bottles as NO CUPS PROVIDED.  Competitors are encouraged to bring their own hydration and nutrition supplies. \n\n\n\nElectronic timing chips will be used in all events (please return the tag once you have finished your event). Remember to allow extra 30 minutes to register & to fix your timing chip to your shoelace.  Your race stats will appear on screen at the start/finish mats. \n\n\n\nCompetitors & crew may enter the showgrounds anytime after midday on the day of the race. Feel free to park and set up your site anywhere next to the track. Under no circumstances are vehicles allowed on the track during the event. \n\n\n\nRelay team members may change at any time but can only have one team member on the track at any one time. \n\n\n\nHeadphones are allowed\, however\, please ensure volumes are quiet enough to hear race instructions over the PA and runners approaching from behind. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nREgister now
